Pocket Love

Pocket Love (ポケットラブ) is a classic dating simulation game developed and published by KID (Kindle Imagine Develop) for the Nintendo Game Boy in 1997. Released exclusively in Japan, this title is a prime example of the ren'ai (romance simulation) genre that was incredibly popular on handheld consoles during the era. In Pocket Love, players take on the role of a male high school student with one year to improve himself and capture the heart of one of five distinct female classmates. The game is a charming and gentle experience, focusing on character interaction, personal growth, and the sweet nostalgia of high school romance, making it a hidden gem of the Game Boy library.
