Metroid Fusion

Metroid Fusion plunges players back into the role of the legendary bounty hunter Samus Aran, this time tasked with investigating a distress signal on the planet SR388. Upon arrival, Samus's gunship is attacked by a deadly parasitic organism known as the X, an entity capable of mimicking any life form it encounters. The X latches onto Samus, infecting her and forcing an emergency evacuation. Stranded and mutated by the parasite, Samus finds herself confined to the sprawling Biologic Spacecenter (BSL) research station, which has become a breeding ground for the X. Your primary objective in Metroid Fusion is to navigate this labyrinthine facility, reacquire your lost abilities, and ultimately eradicate the X infestation, all while evading the terrifying presence of the SA-X, a powerful mimic of Samus's own Power Suit.
