Earthworm Jim 2

Get ready to dive back into the wonderfully weird world of Earthworm Jim 2, a game that took the already bizarre foundation of its predecessor and cranked the absurdity up to eleven. Developed by Shiny Entertainment and published by Acclaim Entertainment, this 1995 release for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) is a true gem of the 16-bit era, blending platforming action with a unique brand of shooter gameplay that’s unlike anything else. When you first boot up Earthworm Jim 2, you’re immediately thrown into Jim’s slimy, segmented universe, where the laws of physics are merely suggestions and the enemies are as outlandish as the environments. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to navigate Jim through these wonderfully nonsensical stages, from a world made entirely of candy to a bizarre dimension populated by sentient underpants.
