Urban Champion

Step into the gritty, neon-lit alleys of the city with Urban Champion, a unique 2D fighting game originally released by Nintendo in 1984 for arcades, making its way to the NES system shortly after. This isn't about elaborate combos or special moves; Urban Champion focuses on a more grounded, albeit still chaotic, street-fighting experience. You play as a determined boxer, ready to take on all comers in a series of one-on-one battles set against the backdrop of an urban environment. The core objective in Urban Champion is simple: knock out your opponent. However, the city itself becomes a character, presenting challenges that go beyond just your rival. Mastering the rhythm and timing of your attacks is key to survival and triumph in this classic Urban Champion showdown.
